Here is the issue:
I have a home wireless network set up with WEP enabled, I just use this for my laptop.
Since I set it up everything works perfect, but just now suddenly my laptop was not able to connect to my router, but my laptop actually finds my wireless router, with 2 other wireless routers (prolly neighbors).
so can it be that my wireless router is somewhat conflicting with the neighbor's router? or is it simply because I turned the laptop on for a whole day, and the wireleess card got too hot? (its an internal, dell 600m).
now my laptop is working fine again though, but just now the speed died down to 1mbps from 11 mbps, and it went up to 5mbps, now its back to 11mbps, while the signal strenght is full
any help?
