Need Help pretty badly TO ALL SYNTAX 30 INCH LCD BUYERS

Hey guys need somehelp here.

Long story short, I cut out my UPC to photocopy and lost it somehow on the way to kinkos.

UPCs are all the same I just need one to send with my receipt


Here is all the proof I can think of giving that Im not lieing or trying to pull a fast one, there is the LCD, Cut out BOX, and my receipts.

PLEASE HELP ME!
