Question Need help please

Hello guys what's up? I am trying to connect my ftth router to a poe smart Switch 16 port hikvision I have 7 uap ac lite connected to a poe smart Switch and an Ethernet cable connected from my ffth router to a poe smart Switch to provide the internet to all uaps . The problem is it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't and when it doesn't work the Switch and a router has no led blinking and no activity on both sides lan poe and Router. When i directly connect to WiFi router or via lan connect to pc lan it works. Sometimes rebooting the router it will work but only for a 10 to 15 min and sometimes it will just stays for ever.
Here is my settings:
Poe smart switch: Hikvision poe Smart Switch 16 port
Ip address:192.168.1.64
Subnet mask:255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.1.1
My main router:
Model FTTH(GBON ONU) Fiber optic.
IP: DHCP Server
Subnet mask:255.255.255.0 Gateway:192.168.1.1

Could be simple.... bad Ethernet cable.

Could be complicated and flying blind behind an ISP device you can't login to makes it complicated to figure out what the issue is.
