i bought everything brand new and when it was put together the power goes on for like 8 secs and it cycles on and off like that. my monitor doesnt even get a chance to turn on before i can see what's happening. i can hear the HD boot up and the fans on the cpu and case spins til it resets.

Nevermind my bro came by and found out it was bad memory sticks. Gotta wait for replacements and see how that goes. Thanks for reading.
