Need Help Please

I'm having trouble getting windows to assign a drive letter to my new hard drive (MaXLine III 300GB SATA drive). I currently have two other IDE Hard drives connected as well as 2 CD Drives. The BIOS identifies the Drive and Windows sees the drive in the hardware manager, but it still doesn't have a letter. I don't have much experience with SATA devices. What do I need to do?

right click on my computer, select "manage" and go to the logical disk manager. use that to assign the drive letter.
