need help playing ogm files

So I downloaded all the directshow filters and the ogg audio codec and I have both xvid and divx codecs on my computer however when I start playing these ogm files I have they place for about 10 seconds and then freeze, the audio continues but the video freezes permanently. I upgraded to dx9 too and that didn't help. I also tried uninstalling xvid and reinstalling it which didn't help either. Does anyone have any insight, any help is appreciated. Thanks, Jaimin.
