heres the deal, im doing mirroring and havnt set anything up yet but the asus motherboard book explains the setup proccess but there is some settings i dont understand what they do.
1)it shows block size: 16k, 32, 64, 128k, 256k. what is this? what should i set it at?
2)transfer mode: pio, dma. they are serial ata, do i pick dma? what is pio never seen it before.
3)also a step says as follows:
press n then enter to create a stripe(raid0) config
press y if you want to split the data on the source disk to other disks.
if im mirroring(raid 1), do i hit y?
