Need help picking out ram for new system

So im finally building a new system.....so far i have this picked out

ASUS A8N-SLI Premium Socket 939
XFX Geforce 7800GT
Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 160GB
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ 1GHz FSB Socket 939
Cosair ValueSelect 2Gb

i have the case and etc already on the way....my main question is about the value ram...will i have any problems... i am on a budget somewhat...let me know if you have any questions...thanks in advance!

oh and i am goin with the huge Thermaltake CL-P0024 (2lb copper tower) and was wanting a good quiet fan to put on it...any ideas?

Sorry read the rest value ram should be fine I run value ram, the only bords that have probs with it are like DFI, I beleive but dont quote me.
