So, I was texting my computer expert cousins, and one of them says this. Your motherboard is too expensive. A SOUNDCARD included. So here are my other ideas!

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NGTYV2Q/ref=ox_sc_act_title_7?smid=AZCEI3EMXUPTH&th=1

https://www.amazon.com/ROG-STRIX-B2...F8&qid=1509822651&sr=1-4&keywords=Motherboard

https://www.amazon.com/Z370-AORUS-U...2915&sr=1-25-spons&keywords=Motherboard&psc=1

the final one is my favorite, the first one is a model similar to the one I originally wanted, and the 2nd was something else I liked!

you must be joking. you want to pair a $200 mobo with a CPU from two generations earlier? how much exactly are you spending on this 6600 ? you know you cannot upgrade, right? the two chipsets are not compatible, despite using the same socket.

This. You cannot use a 6600k in a Z370 motherboard. OP, I’m confused as to whether you actually own the 6600k or not - do you have it now, or is it what you plan on buying?
