Hi,

My trusty old 27" Trinitron is finally dying. For about a month now, everything has been dark and now everything has an annoying day-glo quality to it. My guess is that I need a new set because it's not the cable (other tv is fine) and it's not the cable box (tried switching them).

I'm sort of limited on space and I don't want to spend a ton because we are so close to having cheap HDTV, so I think I decided on a 32" Analog set. I also have a FD Trinitron tubed monitor, so I think I'm going to have to spring for a flat screen. It has to be tube also. I can't stand big screen projection tv's unless you spend the big bucks.

What would you get in a 32" Flat screen, analog, tube tv set?

Any and all suggestions would be really appreciated!

TIA,

Sal

Sony, Toshiba, panasonic all make great flat screen tvs. With toshiba being the lower cost one, all for about $750-900.
Philips has a pretty nice looking one too for about 900 bucks, circuit city has a nice compare feature on their website. Go there and select the ones you like compare, then look around for the lower prices. I know you can get them less then cc's prices.
