Need help picking MP3 player

Hello,
I have seen lots of good MP3 players w/ 3GB + store but I need one that can use Alkaline batteries.
I'm going on a 7 day trip at a place that do not have North America electrical sockets.
Price 200 max.

Most AC adapters will take 240v. You just need the physical adapter. For example Apple's AC adapters are modular and can be changed with their World Traveler Kit. Of course you can just buy a generic adapter for a couple bucks and use it for everything.

The problem is if the socket is a different shape (I know many European countries are...).

Just buy a voltage converter and avoid the trouble

You can get adapters so you can use US plugs in European sockets you know.....?
They aren't that expensive.
