Need help picking memory

I was wanting to add some memory to my system and don't really know what to get.

I have a MSI K8N Neo4 nForce4 Ultra Socket 939 ATX Mb w/Raid
I already have a 1G stick of Corsair VS1GB400C3 valueselect
I have about 100 dollars to spend.
Newegg has this I was looking at but would be interested in any suggestions.

Whats the difference in this and the dual channel memory?? They have some thats dual.
 
For the system you have, the 2 x 1gb kit is a good selection. You can find another use for the existing 1gb DIMM or sell it.
