Need HELP picking from a few flavours of the GF2 MX400

Hi, which would you choose -
1. HighTech H.I.S Graphic Force GF2 MX400
2. Pixelview GF2 MX400
3. Eagle GF2 MX400

Sorry these are the only brands that my local stores stock, which are in my price range , Tomshardware says the Pixelview comes with 4.5ns RAM, so should i go for that?

Why noy just get a Geforce 2? It is only $37 more and is a lot better IMHO.
