Need help picking a video card for Gigabyte p965 -DS3 board

Thanks in advance for your response. Building a system Gigabyte P965-DS3, E4300, and DDR2 - 667. Don't play games - just need to be able to pug in 2 monitors @ 1280X1024 . . . which I beleive most cards will do these days. I am trying to avoid overkill - So any PCIeX16 card with 2 heads will do just fine. What do you recommend????

Also I forgot to mention that I will be OC and I will be installing a second card most likely a PCI card for a third monitor - hope that doesn't complicate things.
