Need help picking a video capture card

I currently have the Pinnacle Studio 400 and it hasn't been producing the quality that I need. I would use my capture card for TV and other broadcast purpose sometimes so I need something that produces TV quality without spending the $500+ mark. I was looking for an internal card that would hook up to my S-VHS Panasonic AG1980 editing deck. I was looking at the Studio DC10+ and notice the picture size and the frame rate is perfect, does anyone know about the Studio DC10+? Will it produce near broadcast quality picture? Also looking at the Pinnacle Miro DC30. Any suggestions of anycard to get?
