Need help picking a movie

I'm organizing a team get-together for my school's Science Olympiad team. It's kinda a study session/team bonding event. I'm looking for a good movie to show. The team is about 1/5 female, the rest are males...so I was wondering if you have any suggestions of quality movies that everyone will enjoy. I'd show an action movie, but then the girls will probably not like it, but the guys will almost certainly object to a sappy movie. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

if I was to choose one out of that list, I would go with Shawshank Redemption. Good Will Hunting is also another one that you just about can't go wrong with.

LOL, this is a high school club lol, with some members being freshmen. As president of Science Olympiad, I dont' think I could justify that. Besides, it might distract them from their studies...at least the males anyways. Some of the males fit into the "horny geek" category, they probably post here at AT Forums. In fact, they might be reading this very thread...:Q human2k, you sure you aren't one of them? 😉
