Hello all! long time reader but first time poster here. I am in the process of getting a new monitor currently and are stuck in between 2 monitors right now. I grab ACER A221HQV 21.5 LCD http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Acer+-+21.5%22+Flat-Panel+LCD+Monitor/2596077.p?id=1218338417745&skuId=2596077 at my local store during black friday for $ 88 bucks (after mail in rebate) I think its a great price for a 1080p screen but had a few concerns for this model... first I couldn't find much informations online about this screen even on Acer's website. Even tho on the link say its doesn't have DVI-D with HDCP Input the listing outside the box say it does (I have not yet open and use it cuz i don't want to pay for restocking if its a really bad screen) and now I'm comparing to this other one ACER S201HL 20" LED Backlit http://www.amazon.com/Acer-S201HL-20-Inch-Widescreen-Ultra-Slim/dp/B003UVCSZ6 for $ 79. Smaller screen, 720p no 1080p but with better overall reviews as well as LED backlight and better viewing angle.

So, I want to ask you guy's opinion on which screen should i go with?? Please help! thanks!

p.s. I am just looking between these 2 models since its most accessible choices near my place.

Both monitors are most likely mediocre panels with so-so viewing angles and colors. That's just par for the course in the super-cheap LCD panel market. Keep the one you have because (a) you have it already and (b) it's bigger.
