Need help picking a budget c2d mb

I'm torn between the Gigabyte 965P-S3 or the Gigabyte P35- S3L to pair with the E6320 I just picked up.

Basically I'd like a sub $115 or so board that OC's well. I don't need 1394 or gigabit lan or anything like that. I've been out of the hardware loop so long that I don't know what's good or bad anymore. The two boards I've listed above looked good to me but I'll gladly take suggestions 😀

Oh, and anything that might support next gen hardware making for a cheaper upgrade path next time would be a huge plus 😀

The P35-S3L would definitely be the better buy. The P35 chipset is newer than the 965. It will support the upcoming Intel processors. Gigabyte also has a P35-DS3L which has solid capped capacitors, but not really any other new features. It is about the same price as the S3L $85-90 so you might want to look at that.

Wow, you really can't beat that for the price. They're OOS now but I'll be ordering one as soon as they get some. Unless someone else has a better suggestion or something horrible to say about that board. Thanks

I have an ip35-e and had gotten a 6320 to tide me over for a while. Im doin close to 3.5 at default voltage and worse than stock cooling.

Im pretty happy with the thing.
