need help picking a board

I'm in the process of getting a 4870 x2 crossfire system and I need the right motherboard. I'm getting a Core 2 Quad Q9550 and and 4 sticks of this DDR2 1066 ram. what offerings do I have available to me? I was planning on getting the ASUS Rampage but they JUST sold out on newegg and I need to buy this today because I'm going to school soon.

oh and overclock potential isn't very important to me

actually the rampage is back up. will it work with 4 sticks of this and 2 4870 x2s?

Yes, the Rampage will be fine.

But if you wanted to, you could go with the P5E X48 board which is a Rampage Formula with a few less options.
