It's gonna look crappy no matter what. Only good option is to get the native high-res image from someone.

Good luck with that; there's very little to work with - the fine "Junior Police Call" type in the middle's already antialiasing away.

Quality would demand redrawing it, but you can probably get away with:

• Clone out all the type except the large "JPC"
• Enlarge the logo; I'd think an unsharp mask would do a good job of cleaning up your edges
• Recreate the type at size

You could enlarge it and then blur it, which will get rid of the pixelation. However, it's still not going to look that good since you're using a fairly low resolution image.

Wow, that's awesome. Worked almost perfectly on the OP's image.
That is pretty freaking awesome, but it seriously butchered the ribbon in the middle, badly enough that it's not usable. If that image were just a bit higher res it might have been perfect.

You're gonna have to mess around with the settings on that site, but with a bit of work you can get it to look better.

wow thanks for the vectorize homepage, I think I at least get the pattern to work with. I will just bastardize the Junior Police call by simply wrapping some texts around the logo.

Who created the original? You need to either get a hi-res version of the original or get a vector based version of the original. If all else fails, get a graphics designer to create a vector based version of the original and get that printed.

Post it! I was reading the website and thinking "no f'ing way"
These were the default settings, none of the changes I made with the web app made it look any better.

edit: Oops, I screwed up the resolution on that, but I don't really care enough to fix it.
