Okay, heres the deal. My boss won't stop messing with my "3D Text" screen saver and I simply need to know how to permenantly disable it. I am running Windows Media Center 2005.

If anyone has any clue please let me know.

You could always just set the screensaver to "none" in Desktop properties>Screensavers, but if you want something more permanent than that, all I could suggest is Google.

delete the screensaver programs, which have an extension of .scr.

That will work - and you can just delete those that have editable text. Or - change their names.

You can also set your system to "sleep" when idle and require a passwork to wake it up.
