monitor says theres no video signal

what can i do?

is the system powering up? meaning are the fans starting/harddrive spinning up?

some things to try
if the board has any jumper settings verify they are correct (im not familiar with that board)
clear the CMOS
reseat the memory
reseat the vid card
reseat the cpu

if the stuff above doesnt work

unplug everything from the board except the ram/vid card/cpu (take out all the pci cards, unplug the cable harddrives/cdroms/floppy drives, etc, etc)
and see if it will post with just the cpu/ram/vid card
