Need Help, P4 3ghz + Springdale

Pentium4 3ghz 800fsb
Intel 865Perlk Mobo
2 sticks of 256 ddr 3200

Put the system together, we cannot get a video display. We have everything unhooked except for the psu, p4, mobo, ram and video card. We tried to different video cards a 1meg pci card and a geforce2 agp card. Tried reinserting the ram, and also reinstalled the cpu. We power up the system sounds like its running fine, but we get no video out. Can't see anything on the monitor. We tried both video cards in other systems and know they work. The cpu fan is spinning, the case fans are spinning, the motherboard power on light is on and the fan on the geforce2 is spinning. What else should we try before sending the cpu/mobo back to intel?

I'd double check the cpu is seated correctly and doesn't have any bent pins, had this exact same problem w/ a friends new P4 rig and it turns out he had some bent pins on his cpu and it wasn't seated correctly, so that'd be worth looking into, but if the cpu is fine, it's most likely a bad motherboard. G'luck and hope this helps 🙂
