I have an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe mobo and AMD 5200+ with 2GB memory kit(1x2GB) Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 with 2.1V and 4-4-4-12 standard latencies, can anyone assist me on what i can change and set to get the best running out of my pc, and im running an 8600 GTS 256MB, and was considering opening my pixel pipelines, how would i go about this and what do you guys suggest i change all my DRAM , CPU and PCI-e settings to? As this BIOS supports so many different settings i really dunno what half of them even are, can anyone assist me?

Read the sticky in the CPU section at the top to understand the whole process a little bit better. It should help you answer most of your questions regarding the cpu/mem/pci-e settings. Also, remember your cooling needs to be sufficient and adequate. Every system is different and overclocks vary. You will have go on a trial and error basis to figure out what works and what doesn't. Most of the initial settings should be kept at auto apart from the pci-e bus. You will need to increase your FSB in increments and test for stability .. with Prime95, and raising vcore when appropriate. There was sticky about overclocking AMDs a long time ago .. I used that for my AMD like 2 years ago .. don't know where it has disappeared. But the current core2duo sticky should work as well as its generic and very simple to follow.
