Need help overclocking

I have this motherboard:

With this processor:

And a EVGA 600GT PCIE video card.

If I push the FSB any higher than 3mhz over stock it wont boot. I have adequete power supply, a gigabyte of geils best DDR ram, and a 35-42 degree celcius temp on full load. Any Ideas on what Im doing wrong? This motherboard didnt come with a manual either.

What is LTD? Please excuse my dumbness Im a 16 year old with a year of experiance and a few college classes under my belt.
