Need help overclocking Tbird 1.2

Just recently built a new system. I have a 1.2 Tbird with 266 FSB and a IWill KK 266-R Motherboard. Also I have 256Mb of PC 133 RAM. Where I need help is trying to figure out IWills BIOS. All previous experience with overclocking was done on an Abit motherboard, but what I find in the IWill Bios is nothing like that as far as changing multipliers. Has anyone out there used this motherboard before and if so can you tell me how to overclock it? Also if you had good results what form of cooling did you use? I have been leaning towards trying to water cool this system.
