Yes, it can. Not as sweet as the PII300a's though. You can try to see if you can jack up the FSB to 133 at default voltage. This works for some people.
I would also imagine that you can just incrementally increase the FSB too if that doesn't work, as well as up the voltage if your board supports it. I think it is also possible that the chip might not be locked, though I think only very early versions of the chip may have been unlocked. I may also be on crack.
