Need help overclocking my e4300

When it comes to OCing, I'm pretty much a newb. I know many of the risk factors, like heat, voltage, etc, but the only real experience I've had with OCing any hardware was when I OC'd my 6800GT to Ultra speed a few years back. This would be my first CPU ocing experience. I want to know if there's a very SIMPLE software or whatever out there that will help me OC my CPU without hurting anything? Im just kind of nervous. Btw, I'm using the same mobo anandtech used to test this processor on their review. The Gigabyte DS3.
