Need help overclocking my ASUS bios

I'm trying to follow the quick and dirty guide stickied at the top of the forum but none of my bios options seem to be the same. For instance:

There is no SPD setting for memory, only Auto and the lowest it goes down to is 200

No HTT/FSB setting

I'm only using value ram so is there an example setting I should use when trying to find the Max memory?

I'm a complete newb at this so I was wondering if someone could help me out.
