Need help overclocking my Asus AT3N7A Atom 330 Ion board, can anyone help?

So basically I bought this board to replace my zotac mini itx atom 330 board. This board was supposed to be a little better made, and overclocking to about 2ghz from the stock 1.6 was supposed to be a breeze but its proved to be a challenge. I tried changing the FSB to 667 but the board fails after reboot. The only overclock I can do is the 15% profiled mode which only overclocks it to about 1.8 ghz. How can I squeeze in those last 2.0ghz out of this board? Anyone had experience with it?
