In an attempt to wring the most power out of an Asrock 775 Dual-VSTA and C2D E6300 I want to overclock my RAM. I have 2 512Megs of Patriot RAM found here... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820220171
I am pretty new to overclocking and would like to know if it is possible or even worth it with the cheap RAM and even cheaper mobo. I've tried looking everywhere for help and found nothing. :( Any help would be very appreciated.

Go to as high a fsb you can without locking up or getting BSODs. Does that motherboard have voltage control (ie. can you change the voltages)??

It kind of does, it has a high, medium and low setting, but what do you expect from a $50 board. The setting is set to high and I've maxed out the FSB to 300

That's as high as that motherboard will go, without a vmod.

So I'm S.O.L.?? :| I was wondering if changing the memory timing might help some?!?!

What motherboard would any of you suggest for good overclocking?
