Need help optimizing Viper TNT2 Ultra

With subpar scores in 3dMark and games running brutally slow, I need all the help I can get.

System specs are as follow:
900mhz Tbird
MSI K7t Pro2
128m PC133 Cas2 Corsair (on Auto)
SBLive! Platinum
PC-DVD Encore Dxr3 6x
9gig IBM ata66 7200rpm
18gig WD ata66 7200rpm
and the V770 TNT2 Ultra 32m
Running Win2000 Pro w/ Detonator 3 and the new AMD Patch.
1024x768x16 resolution

2900 3dMark2k score.

I'm looking for any assistance here, I don't have a clue as to what else to try.

I also have 900T-bird with MSI K7T PRO using Win98 but get 4715 in 3DMark2000 with my Geforce2 MX,btw you really need a faster video card since it`s holding the your T-bird back upgrade to at least Geforce2 MX,your Thunderbird can handle even a Geforce2 Ultra or NV20 when it comes.

That's about what my budget maxes out at and is what I would be buying.
 
Looks good, I`m not sure on price since I live in the UK anyway it will give you a real boost over your old TNT2 Ultra card.

Jeez, your score IS low! I get 3164 on a PIII 600 and no overclocking on anything. Try the NVidia 5.22 drivers, and get the 4in1 drivers from www.viatech.com. The Detonator 3 actually lower performance on cards lower than the GeForce.
