So I have this lock, but have lost the key for it(spent 50$ on that sucker too =X). Anybody have any experience opening this type of lock with some sort of homemade jig?

Let me know guys!

Those are relatively unique - you're going to have to contact the manufacturer of the lock to get the unique key. Or you could just drill it out...

Yep. That's what I thought as well.

The OP needs to provide more info.

Glad I'm not the only person that thought that.

OP, if this is in fact a locking lug there are some good ways to get it out without too much work

ha no not trying to steal tires =) its actually the cable box on the side of one of my houses. I had the cable shut off but now a friend is moving into an apartment there. Instead of paying 50$ "installation fee" for the cable company to come screw in the coax I used to do it myself, but have misplaced the key =(

its not stealing =) they still have to add my modems MAC to their system, i just dont want to pay 50$ to have a guy (or lady!) literally screw in a coax cable
