need help on ti-89 calculator

not sure if this is the best place to put this but here goes my questions. i found that there is no way to do statistics distribution, tests and intervals unless i install ti's statistic program on there. is there any way to integrate that program to the calculator so that when memory is reseted the stats program doesn't delete. also when i had a ti 84 i can call up lists by doing 2nd > and 1 for L1, but how would i do that in ti-89. sorry for all these newb questions

and also can ti-89 transfer data to and from the ti-84
 
how am i trying to cheat. i need the statistics program for the class. like the one in the ti-84. i seriously need to know. and i have read the manual
