Basically I would just like some info on my new ?Panaflo (M3) 92x25mm L1A ? low noise fan? Link.
I have bought this for my Thermalright xp90 which I intend to over clock with and i am also going to use AS5.
The question is that I understand that the fan can run can run at 7V and 12V, now how do I change between the two? Does the fan work on 12V as standard out of the box?
The pin config is the black cable is on the left and red is in the middle and there is a blank space for a cable on the right. Would I have to change the colors around so that I can get the 12V or will be ok as it is? Any input would be great, as I am looking to over clock and I wont the max cooling from my HSF
And also may I ask is 27db (the 12V setting) loud or silent I am thinking that it would be quite enough?
