need help on "short" combo drive, please

I'm putting together a system in a micro atx "tower" case where the CDROM drive mounts sideways over / parallel with the motherboard but standard length drives limit me with the height of the cpu HS/fan I can use. I recently purchased a lite-on 811s DVDRW for another system and noticed it was really short in comparison to my other drives. Using this length drive in the micro tower system would greatly increase the size of the HS I could put in it.
Does anybody know of any CDRW/DVDROM combo drives that conform to this length? I do not need the DVDRW capabilities in this machine and I've searched the web under every description I can think of looking for one. I'm out of ideas and ANY help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, I do have 3 other liteon drives but all are longer than this one. The "short" one is only about 6.5" deep.
 
There we go. Thank you. I'll go see if I can find some specs. None of the other Lite On drives I have are of the DVD flavor. All CD and CDRW, 2+ years old. Maybe their newer drives have adopted the smaller form across the board.

yup the newer drives are very short. both of my liteon drives are a good 1.5 inches shorter then my other drives

The Lite On drive is 170mm(6.6 inches) versus the 196mm (7.75 inches) of a cdrw I have laying around. That makes it about an inch shorter.
