Need help on saving these two videos onto local computer

Why not just the call KESQ and ask for a copy of the video? Even if it costs you ~$20/video that is still much less than you probably have already lost in the scam.

Wow, that is pretty crappy. I hope you get your money back. If you have to show to a judge then it may be easier to bring in a videotape. If your computer has a composite video output then wipe the dust off the old vcr and hook it up to the PC.
