Looking for cheap prices online for Honda self-propelled lawn mowers or any other brand name would be okay too.

I would appreciated for any information or suggestions.

Thanks. :)

Did you ever think of going to a hardware store, and actually look at them?

I have cheap self propelled, but it works pretty good. It really depends upon how much lawn you have to mow. You want the most HP and the biggest cutting radius.

Home Depot carries the Honda line of mowers. Their prices are already the best, but if you open a new charge they will give you another 10 percent off. They will also match prices, so you can usually insure that you are getting the best price. I bought my Scotts Rider mower from them. If you buy mail order, the shipping and handling will eat you up. Also, service after the sale will be terrible. If you have a problem with a Home Depot mower, just bring it back and get another one. They also have 30 days free return - no questions asked.

I already checked Home Depot lawn mower. They are great but still want save some little $ by shopping around.

The cheapest I can find is http://www.mayberrys.com/honda/lawn/html/harmonyinfo.htm minus shipping I save around $30. Since I am not familiar with lawn mower market, it won't hurt if I asked. :)

BTW, UPS shipping cost around $40, about same amount of Illinois tax :p

After seeing the line of used Honda mowers at Home Depot the other day, I might recommend against buying one. Almost every single one of about 18 mowers had a tag hanging on it that said "mower cuts crooked" not the first time I have heard this about Honda mowers.

I talked to my father today and he recently bought an MTD mower at Sam's Club that has a Honda 5.5 HP engine on it, is self propelled, has 22" cut, etc. I might look into it.
