Need Help on Paper: How do men illustrate more power and strength when chatting?

Stupid linguistics term paper. I need some serious help. Question is how do men illustrate more power and strength in their style and language when they chat (AIM, ICQ, etc..). What do they do? Can you guys give me some examples. The more the better. Thanks!
