Need help on new system

I want to upgrade a PII-350 to something like an 900Mhz, but have limit funds.

Was thinking:

1. Duron 700mhz and OC to around 900mhz with an Abit KT7 Raid.
2. 128 Crucial PC-133 when a good deal comes around (or if you know of one now)
3. Got my 40GB Maxtor ATA100 7200rpm

Any help is very much appreciated.
 
Memory is the cheapest it will be in a while, so buy it right now!

As for the processor, keep in mind that if yourfunds are limited, and you already have a intel board, you might be better off just buying a PIII or Celeron 566 and overclocking those, because boards for the Duron are very expensive and you could buy a fast Intel for the same money it would take to buy a Duron and motherboard.
