need help on movin outlook express

what to install all my present mail etc . to a new machine.
can it be done? i need that info.

yes, you can use the export feature or find the "store location" and copy that folder and then import from that folder on the new machine. I recommend changing the store location to "my documents" or something else so that it can easily be found if need be in the future.
