Need Help On Monitor Please Help

I have a NEC Multisync 4 FG Monitor

The problem is that i can barley see wat im doin the images move left to right

Wat can i do to prevent this to a stop!

Stop fermenting that barley. The images will slowly return to normal, and your dog will stop talking and start barking again.

I have no idea what you're talking about, or how to fix it. Are there dials on the rear of the monitor? Turn them.
