Need help on Legitimacy of a company

So here is the story I'm trying to buy a car in Florida and have it shipped to Wisconsin because up here you can't beat a rust free body. I've been looking around and found a place that will do it for about the same price as it would cost me to drive down there and trailer it back. They even have a student discount which I haven't applied yet which seems like it is to good to be true. ABC Auto Transport I coudn't find any info them at the BBB website, but I also couldn't find any on a local well known place. So I call on my fellow ATers to help me out and find out if this company is legit or not. You can pay for the companies services by credit card which is insured but if they go down and take my car and never drop it off I'm SOL for the price I paid for the car. If anybody knows of any companies that transport cars for a reasonable price please give me the info.

The phone # for Sol looks legit, but I couldn't find any more info on the company. Only google links were to the same site. The site's been around at least a year, but it does seem somewhat shady. Not to say to not do it, but I guess to get a great price, sometimes you do have to decide if you want to take a chance.
