Need help on ebay

I recently purchased a hard drive off ebay...and the guy didnt have a shipping price listed, and now hes charging me 140 pounds for shipping of a boxed hard drive. I tried filling out ebays shipping thingy where you put in the item number, but it just sends you an automated response. Anyone know what I can do to get the shipping down to 5 pounds? eek.

That's why you never EVER bid on something unless shipping terms are listed.

Since the damage is done, I'd report him to Ebay. He's obviously trying to screw buyers - not to mention gouging on shipping to get around Ebay fees is in blatant violation of Ebay's TOS.

Or...have you tried emailing the seller to clear it up / confirm it? It could just be a typo...

well, i asked for an invoice, and thats what he sent me...I highly doubt its a typo. How can I report him to ebay? I wouldnt have bid on it, but it was so tempting.
