Need help on deciding which video card to buy

Hi guys im trying to decide on which card to buy. Im trying to decide on best price/performance ratio. Here are the choices"

RX480 4gb = 235eur
GTX1060 3gb = 218eur
GTX970 4gb = 179eur

Which would be the best on price/performace? These are the only prices that i can get from my local store

Why not a 1060 6GB? Can be found for about 220 on ebay pretty easily.
