need help on deals for small business

I need some help, i have been spending hours trying to find some companys which offer computer hardware and software at a cheaper price for my small business where i want to build and repair pc's, well when i can only offer systems at 1600 and up, i will not do well. Any ideas?

The other thing to consider is consulting. Focus more on services than hardware. You can't beat the hardware people (when they have volume on their side) but you can offer better personalized service. For example steering people away from Packard Bell to something better (for a fee of course)...

Not exactly glamerous. Personally I would learn PHP/HTML programing or something else (Lotus Notes is a lucrative market with not enough people but it is dead boring) with money earning potential.
