Need help on cusl2c and logitech quickcam web

HI ,
It was taking forever for me to take this quickcam to work on my cusl2c mobo.The webcam also gone missing in the windows.I always have to unplug the extra usb port out and plug it in again to make it work. I was wondering is there any way can solve this problem? Do i have a deffective mobo ?I alreay updated the bios to 1008c.thanks hopefullyi dont have to RMA it.

I haven't had any problems with my CUSL2 and Logitech QuickCam Web...

I suggest you plug in the camera to any one of the two ports actually on the board. Also go into the BIOS and disable Legacy USB Support. See if that helps. Make sure you have the latest drivers for your QuickCam...they should be up to version 5.5.0.

andy that is so strange....i already try your method.When i disable the usb legacy when i restart the webcam gone missing! I have to unplug the extra 2 usb and plug it in again to make it work.The usb port is not working at all when i unplug the 2 extra usb. I think i got a deffective mobo isnt it ? i am using cusl2c
