I am not sure which way to go on this upgrade. Would like to slap on a scythe ninja but it would change orientation of airflow on the case. My current rig has a custom hole (for 90mm fan) on the side panel for intake to heatsink (fan mounted on top of heatsink). I also have one exhaust fan on the rear. If I get the ninja I am assuming the fan would have to or should be mounted on one side rather than on top of it. Should I get the ninja and just mount the intake fan toward the front side of the case so it does not conflict with the exhaust (and would that be efficient?), or should I just go with thermalright SI-120 and mount fan on top of heatsink and not alter current airflow pattern. From what I have read the ninja keeps temps cooler but I am thinking it would be more of a hassle for my case.
