I just bought these computer parts to put together in my mind a terrific computer however to my dismay the computer will not goto post. I cannot get any beeps or anything out of it. The LED(green) on the mobo fires on when i boot the comp but it just sits there doign nothing. EVerythign turns on and spins but no VGA signal will come on my monitor. please help me, I know I am a new user but thanks for everything.

I am running
Asus P4T533-C
2x 128 Kingston PC-1066 16 bit non-ecc
2.26 P4 Northwood 533 bus
Gainward Geforce 4 Ultra/750XP

Does the fan on the processor turn on? Do you have a keyboard and mouse plugged in?
You may have one of the standoff's for the motherboard misplaced and are shorting out the board.
