Hey, can anyone recommend a good joystick in the $50-$80 range? My dad wants to play some flight similuation games and without a joystick, I think it'd be kinda useless. I don't think a seperate throttle is necessary, but if it is, then I'll consider it. I know the Microsoft Precision Pro is currently on sale but I don't really know anything about joysticks since I mostly play games with a keyboard and mouse. Thanks in advance.

There are a lot of good sticks available. I prefer the ones from Logitech simply because I find them comfortable. However I've gone through about 4 of them. Do NOT use them for racing games. Hehe. I broke them all playing NASCAR from Papyrus. Had to get a wheel because of all the broken joysticks. But for flight sims I find them very nice. Currently I'm using the Wingman Extreme Digital. Good stick for the price. I also have a set of CH rudders. If you don't want to buy seperate rudders then the Sidewinders are a good choice. I just don't like the feel of those sticks.
